We currently ship Australia wide only. If you are located overseas and would like to enquire about a piece, our team is always happy to assist where possible.

In stock items will be dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase unless your item needs further attention such as resizing. If you have ordered a bespoke or made to order item, please email our team for a more accurate timeline.

All parcels are tracked with sign only at delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email and SMS with tracking details.

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to have your finger professionally measured. You’re welcome to visit our Warners Bay boutique for a complimentary sizing.

If you’re unable to visit us, you can use these methods:

• Measure an existing ring
Choose a ring that fits the same finger and measure the inside diameter. Compare this to our size chart (we can provide one upon request).What if I order the wrong size?

Most Masterset rings can be resized. If your ring arrives and the fit isn’t perfect, bring it in or contact us we’ll guide you through the resizing process.

Tips for an accurate fit:
• Measure your finger at the end of the day (fingers swell).
• Avoid sizing when hands are cold, as this makes fingers smaller.
• Remember that wider bands fit more snugly than thin bands.
• Your ring should slide on easily and come off with a gentle twist.
